Credit Cards Charge-backs.

If you think you can get away by just calling your credit card company, think again. I have investigated in that direction as well and came to a scary conclusion: After hours of discussions with my own credit card company, I was told that it is impossible to stop a payment on a credit card as long as you gave your authorization in the first place (which you did by accepting the Terms and Conditions that you had never seen and not cancelling within the first 14 days, because they never picked-up the phone. Remember?).

So your only option is to cancel your credit card and get a new one!!! How crazy is this!!! Especially when you know how hard it is nowadays to get (or keep) a credit card (well... Credit card issues is a whole other subject, isn’t it?).
